What were you doing: Viewing a note with pdf attachments
What feature did you use: Open a note to read it
What happened: Attachment metadata is visible in the ui (see image)
What did you expect to happen: The metadata shall not be visible
Feedback: The metadata is not visible neither in the desktop or mobile app
Update: newly created notes don’t have this problem. I’m wondering if it could be related to this other issue: Data loss: renaming tags via MCP corrupts locked notes (attachments deleted).
Any ideas on how to fix the existing notes without restoring a backup?
Hey, thanks for reporting this. We noticed earlier during some tests, but I thought it was a glitch. It clearly wasn’t. We’ll fix it asap.
