# Bear custom Icon not changing in dark mode

- **Bear Version** : 2.6.7 (newest)
- **OS Version** : 26.3.1
- **What were you doing** : nothing
- **What feature did you use** : nothing
- **What happened** : when switchting to dark-mode the custom icon did not change to dark-mode despite it working with the same icon on my phone. Restarting the app did not help
- **What did you expect to happen** : changing into the dark-mode style

We are aware of this issue, but apparently, we are not provided with a way to make macOS 26 custom icons work as they do on iOS. We’ll continue to investigate.
