I’ve been a proud and loyal Bear user since 2017, and a paying customer since 2019(ish?). Bear is hands down the most elegant and beautiful app I’ve used and I would love to continue using it; however, the prospect of continuing to give 30% of my subscription costs to Apple is becoming increasingly unbearable. I would gladly pay double directly to Shinyfrog to subscribe to Bear outside of the App Store.

I would too. It’s worth more than what I’m paying. Sorry if people don’t want to hear this, but I also don’t want to hear Bear can’t afford to stay alive because they should’ve charged more. Even if there was a way to add more like a Patreon contribution.
