- **Bear Version** : Web - **OS Version** : Mac OS 26 - **What were you doing** : Trying to use Bear Web - **What feature did you use** : Trying to get my notes to sync or add a note - **What happened** : I am able to login, notes are not syncing (I am Pro) and when I try to add a note pop up returns to log in again! - **What did you expect to happen** : Great Bear experience that I am used to. ---

I’m also facing the same issue. I login and then I can see the Bear Web App and when I click on anything it goes back to login screen! No error or anything. I did look in the Network Tab in CDP and see a LookUp API is failing with error code 403 Forbidden. **Bear Version** : Web **OS Version** : Zorin OS 17 (Linux) **Browser** : Chrome I’m also a Pro User ---

Hi @maninder and @michaelrcorley and thanks for the feedback. Once you’re logged in there’s no reason why the Apple cloud server should refuse you access (and return a 403 error), I hope it’s just a temporary glitch. One question, just to clarify: Advanced Data Protection (ADP) is turned off, right? Currently the use of Bear Web with ADP is not supported. ---

That’s great! We’re also receiving several reports of ADP working for some users (and we have just been able to replicate it at least once with ADP + 2FA + Password, see [this conversation](https://community.bear.app/t/bear-web-working-fine-for-me-with-adp-on/16976/10) ). ADP is definitely an evolving topic and support is improving; if it’s something you strongly feel about I would suggest to keep an eye on the forum and maybe give it another go when you feel like experimenting.
