# Bear Web blank screen

**Operation system** : Windows 11

**Web Browser** : Microsoft Edge

## Bug report

**What were you doing** : Trying to access Bear Web

**What feature did you use** : Login

**What happened** : After a successful login, I see a blank screen with the Bear watermark. I tried logging out and back in multiple times as well as in a private session.  
This started happening a few weeks ago on Windows 10, but I was hoping Windows 11 would resolve it.

It does work successfully in Google Chrome, so for now I can use that.

**What did you expect to happen** : Login and display of my notes.
