# Bug: Cyrillic filenames are displayed as URL-encoded strings in Bear Web

Bear Version: Bear Web App

OS Version: macOS Ventura 13.7.8 (Google Chrome)

What were you doing: Adding a file with a Cyrillic (Russian) filename into a note.

What feature did you use: File attachment / Drag and drop.

What happened: The filename was inserted and displayed as a raw percent-encoded string (e.g., %D0%BF%D1%80…) instead of the actual text.

What did you expect to happen: The file attachment block should display the readable Cyrillic filename, properly decoded.
