# Cannot change note in MacOS widget

- **OS Version** : Monterey
- **What were you doing** : Trying to select a single note to display as a widget on desktop
- **What feature did you use** :
- **What happened** : nothing; a random note gets shown, and I cannot change it
- **What did you expect to happen** : to show me a note selector

Reinstalling Bear fixed it.
