Maybe a future addition of the equivalent of bearcli?

I was just thinking about this, lol! Yeah I think it would be great to have a CLI or some way to support automation.

@zosho @avicenna Do you mind telling me more about what your expectations of a Lettera CLI are? Assuming an agent can already create, edit, and delete markdown files, what do you want to do with a Lettera CLI?

Having recently come back to Bear (prompted by the advent of Lettera!) and discovered bearcli, I imagined it might be useful for piping in templates which I could dynamically create in any scripting language. (fennel/lua to start off with.) But it would open things up metaphorically and literally. Having bearcli already means that it’s not a pressing thing, rather a bonus

sometime in the future! Thanks,

That’s a good point re. agents. I think I was thinking of commands which would open a file in Lettera, with the cursor on a certain line.

So for example, I might have a script or an agentic workflow which modifies a file, and then I want it to open the file in Lettera with the cursor placed on the line it modified, for me to view and/or edit.
