Important: those are Cyrillic (Russian) symbols, English symbols seem to transfer just fine

I have tried to reach Telegram developers about this issue multiple times without success.
Everything works as expected on our side, but VK/Telegram encoding of Cyrillic characters seems to be non-standard.
At the moment, to avoid this issue, you can use Paste From \> Plain Text in Bear.
