# Export issues in my macOS version

- **Bear Version** : 2.6.6
- **OS Version** : Monterey
- **What were you doing** : Trying to export
- **What feature did you use** : export
- **What happened** : Nothing at all. The drop down or the file menu to choose the export did not show up
- **What did you expect to happen** : See above.

I tried doing it through the 3 dots on the right side, then the file\> export drop down but nothing happened. So I dragged the note from Bear to my desktop to get a txt version. Anyone else having this issue?
