After various backups/restores and making a complete mess of the new workspace feature, I find I have lots of duplicate notes. I can only see them if I recognise a title and CMD +O. Is there a way to find duplicates more easily and delete them? Otherwise, I see days of frustrating work ahead! I saw a similar post but the answer involves Claude and I have no understanding of or interest in AI

Hey, I’ve just released an updated version of my CLI companion for Bear, now called **BearKit** that also helps you do this.

You would just have to run `bearkit duplicates` in the terminal and this will create a new file in Bear that lists all of your duplicated notes.

Let me know if you have questions!

Many thanks for this. ranx. It looks a bit technical for me but I’m not unused to the cli so I’ll give it a try. 🙂
