# Search within file (⌘+F) doesn't work

- **Lettera Version** : Version 1.0.0 (3980)
- **macOS Version** : 26.4 (25E246)
- **What were you doing** : I pressed ⌘+F to search in the document
- **What feature did you use** : Search within file
- **What happened** : Search term was in file, but didn’t appear in results. This happens for several search terms and several files
- **What did you expect to happen** : Search term to be highlighted

Note: File search works most of the time, so I’m not sure how helpful this bug report is! In this instance, I had tried switching files, and also closing+reopening Lettera.
