# Tags not pulling through

Mac OS 15

## **Web Browser** : Chrome

## Bug report

**What were you doing** :  
Logged into Bear Web for the forst time on phone and chrome on mac - notes all show but no tag list is there.

**What feature did you use** :  
Tags

## **What happened** : Tag list did not show. **What did you expect to happen** : To mirror bear app

Hi and thanks for the feedback! I’m sorry about the experience with the sidebar tags, that’s definitely unexpected. Can you confirm if it was a one off or if it’s consistently failing even reloading the page?

Hi, that’s annoying, I’m sorry for that. I was asking because I haven’t been able to replicate the issue (in the form of a completely empty tags list), so any extra information you could provide, if there is anything particular about your tags would be super helpful.

Also, just to confirm, are all three columns (side bar, notes list and note view) visible?
