# Up arrow navigation stops at headings with blank lines above

## Bug report

**What were you doing** : Moving cursor upward using the up arrow key

**What feature did you use** : Editor

**What happened** : The cursor stopped moving when it reached headings that had a blank line above them, regardless of the heading level. This behavior doesn’t occur when using Chrome.

**What did you expect to happen** : The cursor should continue moving upward
