So we chatted about it and decided to keep detached windows fully autonomous. Wiki-Links (and creating new notes from them), History, Quick Open, all that stuff works right inside the same window.
Felt like the cleanest way to handle it. I know it’s not quite what you were after, but it’ll help us with new features down the line (workspaces, for example) and honestly it just feels more intuitive this way.
We talked about this one too and passed on it at the time. BUT turns out it was a quick change, so I just went ahead and added it to Bear. In an upcoming version, option+click a wiki-link and it’ll pop open in the main window.
