Alternate extensions setting?

I’m sure a lot of folks like to use .md for their Markdown files. I, however, am more of a .markdown kind of fella. There’s probably a few weirdos that would prefer .txt

The fine folks behind iA writer allow you to specify the extension of your choice in Settings. Could we get something like that in Lettera?

.mmd also works, although Lettera is more fussy about markdown errors in tables than iA Writer, if you are importing folders from there.
