Bear Markdown Export and Paragraph Settings

I would love more options when exporting to Markdown:

  1. Change paragraphs to double break (double break is not necessarry in Bear, but important in other markdown apps)
  2. Control list and indentations (indents using tab or spaces, and width of tab and spaces)
