I’ve written around 200 notes in bear notes in my usage in past 3-4 months. I recently discovered that you can export all of your notes in a single markdown or a pdf file. If we take this file and dump it into NotebookLM you can get instant insights from all of your notes. I am using it and could find really good connections across ideas and it’s pretty good. Kinda like a really powerful search. Of course if some of your notes are private you can only export a subset of tags to maintain privacy.

I’m sorry to say, but I couldn’t imagine uploading all my personal notes to a Google service for AI parsing. Please bear in mind that this is Google, and considering everything we know about their conduct, you might want to reconsider, especially if the notes are particularly personal.

Yeah valid point, but you can always selectively export your notes which are not personal and are okay to be accessed by google. For me i take notes on things that i learn in ai, some courses, videos etc, so nothing much personal here as it is already publicly accessible information.
Fair! Yeah sorry for being dismissive, NotebookLM can be a powerful tool, especially when harnessed with a corpus of notes.
