When I try to do a callout, every time when I click on it in in the BIU menu, it puts it above the “Note title.” Please see attached video:
Yes, I have observed that too. I have to have a space after the title before adding a call out.

For me it happens no matter how I start the formatting of the note.
You are adding the YAML frontmatter 
Callouts can be added by longpressing the “lists” button
Edit: I noticed that you are using iPad, so I guess it can be under the “quote” button (or it is missing from the toolbar and it is a bug)
Thank you! Then I don’t know what I am doing. I cannot find the button to do this anywhere (I’ve tried them all), and I have asked for help in the announcement on how to invoke it on the iPad and no one has responded. I appreciate you trying!
