There is macos app Shortery (Shortery on the Mac App Store) that will let you create shortcut automations based on time.
I use this to backup my bear notes every 12h
It costs £9 but it’s well worth it.
Hi hope this shortcut can help you
Generates the backup
Saves it to a folder
Checks for files created in the last 15 days
Moves files created more than 15 days ago to an Archive folder (deleting files with shortcuts requires intervention)
Appends the results to a Note in apple notes
