The ability to have a way to open previous folders (or projects, libraries) to be able to quickly get to previous work and important/saved folders. I’ve seen this at the bottom of the sidebar in other apps and find that intuitive and helpful. (thank you)

If I’m not mistaken you can find this option in File > Open Recent.
Actually no as this menu list just opens files in its own window without sidebar
Yes… that would be a way to do this - you’re right - if that dropdown or menu option for projects wasn’t created.
Yeah, we might want to split the “Recent Files” and “Recent Folder” menus so it’s more handy to use!

This separation would definitely be useful. I didn’t realize right away that folders are also displayed in the menu.
It would be even more useful however if you could save the most important folders you work with as favorites, which could then be opened directly from the file browser. That’s what really gives you that workspace feel.

and gulp dare I suggest one approach could be to use icons… a folder vs. file would visually let us know the difference
