Thanks and i didn’t know this i always switch between Mac and Linux and most apps i use are cross platform and most apps i use does this behaviour. Thank you again for clarifying
tbh, you’re too rude.. i expected Danillo or Matteo to delete your comment.
I didn’t think so. But I’m only saying that now to provide some balance. There’s no reason to revive a settled dispute.
I wouldn’t say that if he were an old member, but this is his first post, and the way he said “sick mindset” is really disrespectful. So, expect more toxic posts and replies.
I deleted it no problem it was automically flagged by community mod by somehow it is still there
There’s a small difference ive seen in this. ⌘← and ⌘→ will move you to the start of the line you are on within the width of the text window. ^a and ^e will move you to the start and end of the entire paragraph regardless of the width of the text window.
Here is an example
Lettera underlined is where your curser is. ⌘← will move the curser to the start of that individual line, folder, ⌘→ will move you to the end of the line structure. ^a will move you to the start of the ‘line’ aka paragraph 📁, ^e will move you to the end of the paragraph editing.
if you change the width of the text window,
still having the curser on Lettera ⌘← and ⌘→ now move the curser to your and Dock. the end of the actual line your on in relation to whats visually displayed.
Over explained in case its useful for new Mac users on the forum
