Hey all, I installed the beta and was eager to test and provide feedback. I see you’ve decided to stick to MacOS 26 and newer. I’m guessing this is not a priority right now, but speaking from the crowd that has no intention of updating to that dumpster fire of an OS (I’m on 15.7.75), I’m just hopping on here to express my interest in a more widely accessible build!

With Lettera we’re going to be a little more aggressive about OS support, for a number of reasons (time, technology we want to use, and so on). Our current stance is that Lettera will support the latest macOS plus the previous release.
Sorry that’s not the answer you were hoping for, but with Apple completely changing the UI paradigm (Liquid Glass and so on), maintaining two different UI versions is a real burden for us.
Practically, that means 26 for now, and 26 + 27 once 27 ships.
