It would be nice to use some math excel expressions in the tables.
Thinks like =SUM(A1+B1-0,5) and such.
Markdown tables might not be a good fit for spreadsheet like behavior, but we might have some other ideas. I am curious, what kind of calculations would you (and others reading this) do if you could do it in Bear?
I am a member of my local city and county parliament and get a certain amount of compensation for expenses per month. I put the income in a line and then put a “after taxes” field next to it, in which I take the before taxes and do the income tax calculation (minus tax free amount, the rest times income tax) and showing me, how much of the money I “really” have. In the next field, I do the same calculation, but to show me the tax amount.
Currently, I am doing that in an excel table.
So I guess for any kind of monetary calculation or house keeping, that would be a benefit.
