A little while back it was mentioned (I believe I remember) about the possibility of versioning. If that was the case is there any kind of update?
Right now I have a Shortcut that runs nightly that just gets all notes that were updated or added prior to the last backup and I save those individually. It’s ok but of course nothing like an in-app solution.
I know that versioning is a lot more difficult to implement that at first glance. One issue could be storage (especially if there are a lot of attachments). Part of my home-grown versioning it that I only keep 2 weeks of files. The Shortcut deletes any prior to 2 weeks from when it runs.
Regarding storage, how about if in Settings the user could determine how much history they wanted to maintain thus giving them control over how much storage they wanted to use?
