Will keep it short, but I was a paid Evernote user for almost 6 months for its AI transcription feature. But, now that I’ve managed to mimic the feature through my Hermes Agent, the note taking app is now Bear for me.
Upgraded to support and keep an eye!
- The UX is amazing, keep it up folks. Could love a folder-style organisation but it works for now (if it already exists, let me know what I missed)
- Markdown file viewing through Bear app is a breeze - maybe an option to save it to Bear or not, could be added when accessing an MD file using Bear.
- MCP is a welcome inclusion, I use AI agents for most of my work, and I sync some notes and logs through it with Bear and it works perfectly fine.
Anything that a power AI user does with the MCP, feel free to mention a tip.
