30 Days of Using Bear + Creating Shareable Links With Hermes

Hi Folks,

I recently switched from Evernote to Bear Pro, while I did not need the transcription feature anymore, I really missed the ability to share notes via a link.

So, what I did was:

  • Using Hermes Agent + DeepSeek Flash v4 0731 - built a GitHub workflow through a private repository where the notes can be shared in encrypted format (so only the person with that key in the URL will be able to view it),

I thought it was interesting enough to share it here, you can try it too. All you need to do is grab a token key from GitHub with private repo access, and then you’re good to go.

This is free to do btw - if anyone is unaware of GitHub.

The Bear MCP + my Hermes Agent has helped me achieve it in one hour of free time in a work day. So, yes, the MCP unlocks so much of great stuff.
