Add to Note shortcut missing?

Sorry if I’m missing something here or if this has already been discussed, but what has happened to the “add to note” shortcut?

I can find the “Add to Bear Note” shortcut - but as I understand it the ones with “Bear” in the name don’t work (and that seems to be true in this case). But I’m sure there was another one that did work. I can’t find it. Help!

Oddly I can see Add Text to Note and also Add Files and Add Tags here but I don’t see them in your list. Please try to reboot your phone.

Rebooted and my list is the same. Searched “Add text to note” but it’s not in Shortcuts for me iPhone 12 mini iOS 18.0.1
