Aesthetics and Eye Appeal

Afternoon, Bear team. From an aesthetic point of view, has the team considered condensing the tag list on the left pane on both the web app and mobile app so it takes up less room vertically, and more than one tag is placed on the same line, so that those individuals with a lot of tags they don’t have to scroll down the list quite so far.

Another aesthetic item is whether there is a timeline for the web app to incorporate the different color background themes that we currently have on the app itself.

I would also place a full-color “Bear Notes” banner across the top of the web app page.

Regarding “too many tags” on mobile app, I almost never go to the sidebar to find my tags. I just swipe down 3 fingers to open the quick open dialog, and search the tag. It’s way quicker that way. I do not use the web app so can’t comment on that.

Scrolling through tags is a hassle, but I don’t see how displaying multiple tags per line would work, either functionally or aesthetically. I’d like to see a text field at the top of the sidebar that filters the tag list as you type.
