[Bug] Icon Issues after Tag rename

Moving away from A word system to a decimal system in my notes & multiple renames were needed every time my tags lose there Icons

Before with icons

life
gaming
Invoices
Products
Home

First change

01 life
-- 02 gaming
-- 03 invoices
-- products
02 home

All nested tags lose there Icons, add them back

Second change, rename Parent Tag

01-20 life
-- 02 gaming
-- 03 invoices
-- products
21 home

Again lose their icons when nested…

Its soo annoying!

to repeat just create a flat structure & move tags to become nested.
in my case main folder was
01 life

nested tag became
#01 life/02 Gaming#
which lost icons
then again happened when:
#01-20 life/02 Gaming#

Its soo annoying! to repeat just create a flat structure & move tags to become nested. in my case main folder was 01 life. sign language alphabet nested tag became Rename a spec file. As soon as I renam a spec file, the extension stops showing run icons in the editor. Icons come back after VSCode restart. When renaming a file in caja 1.16.6’s icon mode, the previous name is persists as a glitchy background under the changing name.
