Crashes when trying to toggle info panel

Testing version: Version 1.0 (2208)

What were you doing: View > Hide Toolbar; then View > Toggle Info Panel

What feature did you use: Info Panel

What happened: Application Crashed

What did you expect to happen: Either disable “Toggle Info Panel” when toolbar is hidden, or Show the info panel briefly.

I can still produce this issue, is it still being worked on?

This should be amended in the newly released version of Panda.
