My guess here is that the shortcut extensions crashes because of the memory occupied by the mov file. If you copy the note content but not the mov in another note and try to export it, do you get the same error?
That works fine. So, using Shortcuts for the export uses more memory than exporting directly from Bear?
Temporarily I have an IF condition to ignore notes with MOV hoping there was a solution. I also found that notes with PNG give the same error.
No, the problem is that all the macOS and iOS app extensions have a 30Mb memory limit.
