Apple recently added the Journal App. There exists an API for generating Journaling suggestions based on activity throughout the OS.
This API has already been implemented by all reputable journaling apps.
I think, adding an option to import a suggested snippet, for example via the Extended Keyboard, would be an easy value-add for those of us who use Bear as a journal.
