I live the way if you click the icon that displays when you click a heading, you get a menu allowing you to choose which level heading it is.
It might be good to extend this. For example, click somewhere near a list to change from bullets to numbers. Or click near a paragraph to change to block quote.
There are no such options in the menu when you right/control-click, and a Format menu might be good to have there. I know there’s the floating format bar that can display at the bottom of the window, but contextual menus can be useful.
This said, there’s so much stuff in that contextual menu now that it’s hard to navigate. Does macOS allow developers to offer options as to what to show in contextual menus?
