Image resizing doesnt work properly when the bear window is small

What were you doing: Resizing a image while the bear window is small

What feature did you use: the image resizing feature

What happened: the image starts to shake and after a second the image is larger than the actual bear window. this does not happen to me when I use bear as a larger window.

What did you expect to happen: to have a maximum width for the image, so it can’t be larger than the actual window itself. besides that I do not expect the image to start shaking.
