Indented bullet points after removing separator

What were you doing: Backspace header to remove the separator.

What feature did you use: backspacing
What happened: indented bullet points kept appearing after removing the separator.

What did you expect to happen: separator removed without showing the bullet points.

Hello. This is actually correct because with a commonMark you can nest the list elements. So the separator text

turns into a double nested list element when some text is added in the same paragraph
