For Japanese users and us learners of the language, I’d like to request the support of furigana, which is a reading aid for the 2,000+ kanji characters in the language. It adds small kana characters (phonetic “letters”) above the kanji (complex characters often with different readings).
Here is an example I made in MS Word:
