Low contrast of selected note in notes list

The selection colour of a note in the notes list on desktop is very low on most light themes, even the hight contrast theme.

Trying to locate the note that you are currently working in a long list is near impossible.

I do have the same problem sometimes.
I wish the active note would be outlined or something.

Actually it would be enough if the sidebar of the selection remains visible when the notes list is not in focus. Rather than coloured the bar could be grey-out
