Create new note in Bear macOS
Create new list with five items
Highlight all items and type ⌘-Shift-M
For four of the five items, click on each to manually shift them to colors besides the default green
Sync notes from macOS → iOS

Actual Result
On iOS, for each of the four items that don’t use the default green in macOS:
They still appear green in iOS
You see their emoji color circles

Confirming this is working after upgrading — thanks!
Side note: it uncovers a separate bug — not with Bear, but the App Store. When I visited my list of apps, it said I was running 2.3; but when I drilled down into the detailed app listing, then it showed an Update button, so the App Store was misleading on the first page.

Okay, I get it.
It’s the desktop application that didn’t integrate the correct format. Both up to date, it’s perfect!
