Quick Open: search headings / create if no note is found

Hey all,

Big user of Quick Open both for tag and note title search. Two things I would love to see in order of preference:

  1. A way to create a note if the quick open doesn’t return anything. Right now, I need to exit quick open and then create a new note
  2. Would love a way to be able to search subheadings as well. Perhaps they are deprioritised in search but often I can’t remember exactly whether it was a note title or a subheading within that note I’m looking for

I was literally writing a post saying exactly this! Would be fantastic if it’s something that the team would consider adding to the already wonderful Quick Open feature!

Agree on 1!

Disagree on 2, the thing I LOVE about Quick Open is how FAST it let’s you go from one note to the other one, and this would show a lot of useless results. You can always use search to find things you don’t remember where they are, and it is very fast also.
