Testing version: 11657 on iOS

What were you doing: Looking for settings

What feature did you use: Tags panel

What happened: The settings button appeared within the tags list (screenshot attached). I restarted my phone and settings returned to its place, but I figured I’d pass it along in case it’s helpful

What did you expect to happen: Settings to stay put

Little follow-up: The settings-button continues to wander, and the new-note button has joined it.

Thanks for reporting this, any chance you figured out a way to reproduce this glitch? Also, can you please share your device model and iOS release?
