Shortcuts.app - to setup daily review in Reminders

Hi,

First post and a question, I have created a Shortcut that runs daily (via a Personal Automation on my iPad) to review any new #capture tagged notes in the @today section, as per a Reminder.apps task. That works; but it is unrefined.
What I would like help with it, how to search said @today section, then if #capture tagged notes are found, only then, is the rest of the Shortcut run to create the Reminders task.

What I have so far is below; but does anyone have a suggestion on how I can (ideally without having Bear open) search the @today section and if #capture tag entries are found, then create the reminder?

If I’m not mistaken you can just use Bear’s Search notes... action and check the size of the returning array
