I’ve been testing Panda on my iPad since it’s beginning! Mark me down for the iPadOS beta of Bear 2!
@matteo How does one gain access to the beta?
Been lurking and this news made me sign up to congratulate and thank the team for the hard work.
This is also such a great timing. After starting collaborative work with Notion, I finally succumbed to the itch to check out other note taking apps. So recently, I’ve been fiddling with Logseq and Obsidian, and my takeaway was to bring some of the usage paradigm to Bear.
Feature wishlist
- Backlinks to make it easier to build relations between notes
- Visual cues to differentiate internal and external links
- Tables – but this is not that important now after I’ve adopted the workflow of using Bear for creation and learning, and Notion for presenting and managing (where tables are needed)
From what I’ve read so far, it seems like Bear 2 covers all three features. Looking forward to it!
Looks absolutely stunning. The best is even better. Love the hidden Markdown. Craving tables. Can’t wait.
Wondering if table sorting is still on the roadmap? I’ve used it in Ulysses and it’s simple (in application) but very useful.
