When creating a new file have the title match the filename and vise-versa.

When I open a file, the window title is the filename with no extension, then three seconds later, an “.md” extension appears.
I find it distracting for something to appear three seconds later. Can you please just display the full filename at all times?

What is the title?
It seems you assume that something like the first heading would also serve as the file name, perhaps if on the top level as Heading 1.
I don’t think that’s a good idea because a heading should be used to structure the text, not to define the file name. I would rather handle it like Obsidian where the file name is entered in the very first line, independently from the text structure. If at all.
