Ability to rearrange items in a to do list

If I have a list with checkboxes, I want to be able to drag line items around (similar to notion) to reorder. Currently I have to copy and paste and it always messes up the checkboxes and is generally a frustrating process.

On Mac we have the shortcut ⌥⌘ with Up and Down arrows to move paragaphs or list items up and down,

On iOS/iPad the BIU keyboard extension has the same function:

And if you select multiple items, you can move them like this as a unit, even if the selection is not 100% presise.
