Just started using bear, I like it a lot but it’s very annoying that hyperlinks don’t seem to behave like they typically do (e.g. blue highlight with underline). Is there a way to get rid of that pencil icon?

No. It was a decision on the devs end after the complaint that it is confusing with internal links.
Even though it can’t be removed, at least if you export the note, that pencil does not show up… (e.g. a PDF document)
Is it possible to turn this into a Feature Request, please?
