Hi! Currently HEIC are not supported by Bear Web, since browsers in general do not support them across platforms (e.g. Chrome on Windows, like in your example). We would need to convert them to a more widely supported format (like PNG or JPEG) to be able to render them in a platform independent way. We are tracking this feature already, and may do that later down the line, but it’s not currently among the high priority items.
