Morning all 
To the bear support team… Is there any possibility of allowing us to install the bear app via homebrew?
I manage lots of my software this way and it would be nice if there was an option to manage bear updates via this as well?
Not sure if this has been asked before, I searched the forum for homebrew but it returned zero results.

Hi Andrew, Thank you for the question. We currently have no plans to make Bear available to install via Homebrew. For various factors, in order for Bear to work correctly, we can only distribute via Apple’s App Store.
Are there any particular reasons why a Homebrew installation might be more beneficial over the App Store?

I know of some workplaces where the employer provides the appleid for your macbook via your corp email. These are blocked from installing apps from the app store. However they have no problem with you installing apps via homebrew. Seems like youre missing out on potential users in this scenario?
