Bear crashes when MacOs and Bear compete for autocomplete

  • OS Version: MacOs 14.5
  • What were you doing: adding an emoji
  • What feature did you use: text editing
  • What happened: while adding an emoji, both bear and macos offer autocomplete. sometimes, the macos autocomplete is above the bear autocomplete. if you select the macos autocomplete, then bear crashes.
  • What did you expect to happen: bear should not creash
