Bug: Tags Are Kept on Image Export Even When Disabled in Settings

Testing version:
2.0 (11356)

What were you doing:
Exporting a note to JPG

What feature did you use:

  1. Turn off “Keep tags during export” in Settings
  2. Open a note that has tags at the bottom of it
  3. Select Export > JPG
  4. Save to Photos

What happened:
Resulting JPG included tags

What did you expect to happen:
Tags to not be included in resulting image
